Discounts also available for libraries. (Discount applies to subtotal before postage charges.) Books will be billed at the prices prevailing at the time the order is shipped. WHAT ARE THE QUANTITY DISCOUNTS? 20% for 10-49 copies 30% for 50-99 copies 40% for 100 or more copies Please note that quantity discounts can be made only by phone to ensure that the publications are available as well as to calculate the appropriate discounts. Ask for the publications department at 917-637-3600. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP? Allow 4-6 weeks for publication orders. Overseas orders may be subject to delays depending on customs procedures in each country. WHAT IS CENTER FOR REPRODUCTIVE RIGHTS REFUND POLICY? Permission is required. Factsheets and Briefing Papers are not subject to returns and are final sale only. Returns will be accepted 6 weeks after invoice date (3 months for international orders). We will issue credit for full net cost for books returned in clean, resalable condition. For books received in unsalable condition, Center for Reproductive Rights will issue credit at 80% off list price or return books to customer. Defective books should be clearly marked as such to assure prompt credit at full net cost. Shortages, errors and damaged books must be reported within 10 days of receipt and returned within 30 days.
